This song was written in 1993. It was during the holidays; I was watching TV; and I saw so much about Santa Claus. I recall saying out loud, "God, Christmas is NOT about Santa Claus; Christmas is about Jesus. Immediately, the words to this song started coming to my mind. I had to grab a napkin to write them down. I submitted my lyrics to the Copyright office and my song was registered in 1994. "Jesus Christ is Coming Again" is sung to the tune of "Santa Claus is Coming to Town." This song means so much to me because it's a reminder of the real reason for the season. If children are taught to be nice and not naughty to please Santa, why can't we tell them to live right to please Jesus? Santa is fictional, but Jesus is alive. I want the world to know that He is coming back. We still have time to get ready for his return.

On Sunday, December 3, 2017, I wrote this song for the inaugural Anti-Bullying Rally in Hinesville, GA hosted by Lisa Adams Brown. This song was written to speak to the bully, the victim, and the bereaved. It is a call to action for each of us to think twice about how we communicate on social media and how we treat others.

"Be Nice, Save a Life" is a positive educational message that communicates the power of kindness to save a life. If we start now, and if we start today, we can make a difference. Let's all be nice and see lives changed.
